Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, despite being just a tad dark, were comfy and a good size. The pool area had lively music until 11.00 pm, which added to the atmosphere. The bed and pillows were particularly good, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were lovely and welcoming, standing out from many others I have seen in Utah and Arizona. The air conditioning was good, and it was relatively quiet. However, the service had its ups and downs, as the staff were super friendly and even welcomed us with free cookies, but later proved to be a bit incompetent with some billing issues. The location was convenient, being close to Zion Park and a supermarket, but not particularly quaint. The dining experience was average, with a decent breakfast but lacking in fresh pastries and fruits. Despite some minor hiccups, the facilities were satisfactory.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while a bit dark, were comfortable, clean, and spacious. The service was excellent with extremely helpful staff who went above and beyond, although there were some minor billing issues. The location is fantastic, peaceful, and central, making it ideal for visiting Zion National Park. The dining options were average, with a good variety of food but room for improvement in freshness. Overall, great value for money with wonderful amenities and a friendly atmosphere.
